Option one, stacked cards
Each row becomes a labelled card, making the content easy to scan without side-to-side scrolling. This works well for availability, property and specification tables.
Option two, horizontal scrolling
Keep the traditional table structure and let visitors scroll across it on smaller screens. This is useful where row-to-row comparisons matter and there are several columns.
Choose based on the content
Use cards when each row reads as a self-contained item. Use horizontal scrolling when column comparison is the main task. Preview both layouts before exporting.
